Escape The Money Matrix

The money system we are living in here in America in 2026 is broken, very broken. When I graduated high school in 1996, we set out to make the almighty $100,000. This was ingrained in us at a young age as if it were a script. We were told things like: You need to go to college to get the “good” jobs that pay $100,000. That was 30 years ago.

It seems like that script is still playing loud and clear. The problem is: the cost of everything has risen 3 to 4 times what it was back then but society as a whole is still chasing that $100,000 dream , and God forbid teaching their children to chase that number too. Is this a sick and twisted game? Or are people too busy chasing to realize the Matrix has got them by the balls.

Let’s experiment for a minute. Take a twenty dollar bill, hold it in your hand and think about what you can buy with it. Doesn’t feel like 1/3rd of what you could have bought 30 years ago? That’s not an illusion, that’s the truth. So, by those standards, shouldn’t we be talking about how the college jobs would give you access to the $300,000 and $400,000 jobs? Oh, why not? College admissions has to be 3 to 4 times the price. Or are you too busy working at Starbucks and [they] said if you only had your masters, you’d qualify for a “good” job. Good luck.

Oh shit! Cat got your tongue? Or did I just piss you off with the truth?
